We understand you may need to change your travel plans due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19). At the Dolphin Company, we are committed to helping you to reschedule your experience, giving you all the necessary support.
If your experience is scheduled before April 30th, we can help you to reschedule for any date until December 31st, 2020,. orr you can keep your reservation open while you choose a date.
In the event of cancellation, we will give you an electronic credit that you can use in any of our dolphin habitats or parks on any date you choose up to a period of 3 years
In any case we will honor the same preferential rate and/or confirmed promotion without any extra charge or penalties.
If your experience is scheduled for May 1st, 2020, and beyond, we kindly ask to contact our call center at least 7 days before your activity to know the applied policy.
